A racing program built as a business for business. Brand activation, content, hospitality, networking: we shape each partnership around what your business needs with an 18-year-old Canadian driver on the climb to professional racing
I'm Lucas Hand, a racing driver from Calgary, Alberta. 2026 is my first full season in cars, racing in the Formula Pro USA Western Championship with Kiwi Motorsports, coached by former IndyCar driver Jeff Bucknum. My goal is to become Alberta's first formula driver to reach the top tier competitions in over 40 years.
Getting there takes more than lap time. It takes partners, and I want those partnerships to pay off for them. I'll show up for your brand at the track, online, and in front of your customers and your team. If you back this program, I'll work to earn it every weekend.

Motorsport is one of the few sports where a brand can be on the product, in the content, in the hospitality suite and in the conversation all at once. We run Lucas Hand Racing like a professional program: clear commitments, documented delivery, and a report at the end of the season you can take to your board.
Every partnership starts with what your business needs, not what the race car costs. There are no fixed tiers. We build the package around your goals.

Put your brand on the car, the driver suit and the helmet, and into everything we publish. Includes use of Lucas's image in your own marketing, trackside hospitality for your clients and team at race weekends, and in-kind product or service partnerships.
Best for: companies with a marketing budget that want visibility and activation.

Racing opens doors. Our program sits in a network of business owners, executives and motorsport professionals across Western Canada and the North American racing paddock. We put that network to work for our partners: warm introductions matched to your business-development plans, and introductions between partners who can do business with each other. Tell us who you want to meet.
Best for: companies growing into new markets, customers or supply chains

Lucas as a spokesperson for your brand. Co-created social content, product campaigns, behind-the-scenes race-weekend stories, appearances at your events and staff or customer meet-and-greets. Built with you, approved by you, shot with real race-weekend photography and video.
Best for: brands looking for an authentic athlete voice in a campaign.

Road to Racing Canada is a registered Canadian charity supporting driver development in Canadian motorsport. Gifts to Road to Racing's driver development program are eligible for a charitable tax receipt. Road to Racing decides how funds are allocated.
Best for: individuals and business owners who want to support Canadian racing talent through a charitable gift. Talk to your accountant about how a gift fits your situation.
You deal with Lucas and the program team, not a middleman.

We measure the partnership against your goals, and we'd rather earn a second season than sell a single one.
